This is a beautiful butterbell. Nicely made and decent quality.It hold 1 stick of butter. Inside is a line so you know where to fill the water. Approximately 1/3 cup of water to form an air tight seal. Every few days just change the water .
This little butter dish is adorable. I love it. It’s the perfect size and keeps the butter safely inside the container. It’s functional and cute. It holds an entire stick of butter.

Fave butter crock! Easy to clean & super cute
This butter dish is sturdy, attractive, and holds a generous amount of butter. I love that it comes with a knife, though I wish it had a built-in spot on the dish instead of having to lay it on the counter. My only real complaint is that the edge of the bell’s lip feels rough, almost like it missed some glaze or rested on the kiln floor during curing. Overall, it’s a functional and stylish piece with just a couple of small flaws.
I’ve never had a butter crock like this before. I love butter and rarely use margarine. I ordered this because I always end up with a bunch of partial sticks of butter and thought maybe I could fill it with the pieces. Hopefully they will stay in the place. If not then I’ll use the sticks of butter. It’s great that it’s sized to hold a stick. The ceramic dish is really charming. It fits in well with my farmhouse style kitchen. It also has a country cottage vibe. I’m glad I ordered it. I know I’ll use it all the time.
I have wanted one of these for the longest time and finally got one. I love the color and floral print on this. It's pretty, but functional too. Way better than using a standard butter dish. The seal is great and my butter stayed soft and fresh. I am so glad I got this. It's not super big and fits a little over a stick of butter. Definitely worth the cost.
