These are the most handsome plates I have ever owned. I also like the rim around the edge which is just enough to keep the food on the plate as I multi-task while carrying my plate to the table :) I bought 2 sets of these plates for myself as a "pre-retirement gift". I have already planned a small dinner party so I can share the love. Just beautiful!
Very nice quality color variation subtle. Image described as black but appeared greenish.
I wanted to get some versatile plates and, oh wow!, did I find them! Perfectly sized, made, and designed - I couldn't ask for a more beautiful set. I don't recall if it was mentioned on the item description but I will only be hand washing these. The glaze doesn't cover the entire bottom so I don't trust these in the dishwasher. However, they're so gorgeous, I don't see that as a downside.

Wonderful artsy and thick, rugged plates. They make you actually want to eat off of them, they are are so pretty. Beautiful glaze work. I collect art glass and pottery and these are just so cute. Heavy to the touch and heavy duty hardness that is microwave safe. I ran them thru the dishwasher just now and they came out bright with no issues. Generous raised up edge lip that will absolutely control and contain any food spills. The mottled coloring is well done. Really pretty. NICE and very happy!! : )
Very good quality plates. I like the ridges on the sides good for holding gravy on the plate attractive sturdy plates.
First off, the size of these plates and the design on the back is fabulous! But the design on the front looks like it was printed on and doesn't look at all like the website photo. I ordered 30oz pasta bowls by brand KYBSCZ with the exact some problem. These were a birthday present to myself, and I was so excited to have semi-matching dinnerware that all looked like they had been fired in a kiln. I'm so disappointed! But I will say that I ordered 60oz ramen bowls in Starry Blue by a brand called STE-CER, and they were amazing! The most beautiful bowls I've ever seen!
