A very nice set; substantial and attractive. The bowl does fit even a rectangular ramen noodle brick well, because (even though the top is only as wide as many other bowls) the sides go straight down, instead of curving in. So ramen doesn't perch on the top half of the bowl, it sits on the bottom in the broth. A good investment, and a lovely piece to have in the kitchen. It would make a very nice gift, too.
I bought this because I wanted something I could make my ramen in and eat out of right away. This bowl is perfect for that because it is a deep bowl and not small. It is super well made, thick and all around a great bowl not just for ramen. The spoon did break but that was because a family member dropped it onto tile but it was not a quality issue. The spoon and bowl and very well made. Super easy to clean, no odd taste when using it. I love the fact it came with a lid as it makes it nice when you may be waiting for something else to cook and want to keep whatever is in the bowl warm which is something I do all the time when making rice bowls. My daughter loves to use it when she wants to make ramen because it just makes it so much easier. I would definitely buy again and will just in a different design for variety sake!
I like the Ceraozmus Ceramic Ramen Bowl Set, 800ml, with Lid, it is well made. line shape and lines I use it as a soup bowl. My only concern is size. it is quite large for me, almost 4 cups capacity and a bit heavy. I would pay more attention next time to capacity. Having the lid is nice for storage and fits well. The overall design is very nice. Hold heat well, works well in the microwave no issues there
I'm very impressed by how thoroughly it is packaged. It had thick foam padding and bubble wrap. The bowl holds heat well and is a great portion for an individual. It even came with chopsticks. It was a nice touch and I appreciate the attention to item detail and packaging.
I've now been using these bowls for a while. They are great for keeping hot thing hot for far longer than any of my other bowls. I love that i can fill them up with soup or stew and the last bites will still be warm (I'm a slow eater). This set of two large bowls, two ceramic spoons and two sets of wooden chopsticks is beautiful. I have so far used it for Ramen noodles with meat and veggies, but it can also be used for rice with curry and pasta dishes.If you like Asian soups, congee, pho, and stir fries, these bowls are a must! They are large, with well fitting lids. They are ceramic, so care needs to be taken while using them, just as you would care for any other dishes. They are well worth their price.
One of the bowl lids arrived broken, which is a bummer but it seemed like kind of a fluke thing, as the packaging seemed secure for the most part. It happens. Besides that, they're pretty nice bowls, and the one lid that's not broken fits pretty well. Honestly might attempt to order again.
