These plates are a beautiful, black color and look classy on any table! They are sturdy plates with a nice heft to them. They are roomy and, for example, easily fit a large steak, baked potato and veg! Highly recommend!

Just what I wanted
These are nice, big platters. Pay attention to the size - they're true to what's described. I found the firing of the glaze left some blemishes although that's not a huge deal breaker for me. There's a line that runs right to the edge of the plate and kind of looks odd. Overall, at this price point there are many name-brands selling similar platters. This manufacturer could have done a better job, esthetically. Functionally, no complaints.
