More than just a Cooking Utensil Holder !
Told my husband that this is by far my most favorite thing about our kitchen right now...As a garlic loving feen, I just get so tired of having to mince up or chop up garlic. Especially when my household uses quite a lot of it. It definitely can be so time consuming until we found this product. I originally saw something on social media that was like a clay plate that allowed you to grate on it.. but this was even better ! You could lean your cooking utensils on it so you don't get your cooking liquids everywhere and everything is all in once place.It has been a GAME CHANGER! I love that it's made of a ceramic like material. It's sturdy. But if you're not careful, can chip/break. But absolutely love it's craft. It has several holders for cooking utensils but the best part is the area that allows for you to grate things. I use it to grate my garlic and even ginger, and it has been so simple and easy to use.The product is also very easy to clean. We just spray it down with some soap and hot water and the residue quickly washes off instantly. No hard scrubbing necessary.I use this often and hope that its something that I can use for the long run. I could definitely see myself recommending this to others.

Well, it's definitely more of a ginger grater than a spoon rest, but it's still an okay spoon rest. I've had ceramic ginger graters in the past, but they were never this BIG. The grating part is the size of what a restaurant would use. I wish there would have been more room for utensils instead of the ginger grater taking up most of the space.

Great multipurpose spoon rest
I use this thing every time I need fresh garlic in my cooking. Pair it with a japanese bamboo brush for graters and you save a lot of time and effort and get an amazing paste perfect for cooking with!! It can be a bit annoying to clean if you let sticky sauces sit, but that's easy to prevent. If I ever accidentally break this thing, I'll order another one before I even toss the pieces out!
