Well made and very handy for family gatherings
Bought this so we could use it for holiday get-togethers. Used it recently to heat some chicken legs that were cooked the night before, and then refrigerated. It did a great job, basically heating with lots of humidity from the steam so the chicken didn't dry out.It comes with fuel burner holders that make it easy to extinguish when you're done. The lid can rest in a handy bracket on the back side, so a person can serve themselves without having to find a different resting place for the lid. It was really easy to wash up and clean afterwards, and seems like it would last quite a while even with frequent use. Definitely holds plenty of food. I'd recommend!

This is a very good chafing dish for the price, with steel finishing, it is very durable and easy to assemble. This comes with tray to store water, actual food container and the lid and also has 2 flame holders. Serving Pans are too Shallow
These chafing dishes are beautiful and appear to be of good quality. The finish looks elegant, and they should work well for parties and events. My only disappointment is that the pans are not the standard 2.5" deep—they are much shallower. Because of that, I’m giving them 4 stars instead of 5.

Insert pan I found won't fit, water slips out
This had trouble holding water. I thought I had the correct size pan, but the water was rolling its way out. The pans may have been too large. Is there a shallower insert or a larger water pan?
