This chafing set was amazing. It was perfect for family dinner for the holidays. It took a few minutes to put together but once done, setup was pretty easy. The holders for the lid made a world of difference when serving. It kept the food warmer like it should but also can be used for cold food also.

Packaging, set up and storage very frustrating! Buy a different one! These need to be taken apart with a screw driver to fold stands for storage, just silly and most others quickly fold. Good stainless, although protective film removal is a 30 minute (for 4) project alone...
