I have tried to transport charcuterie boards in the past, and it has been such a pain to keep everything nice and in place. I was thrilled to find this board and it did not disappoint!The bamboo board itself is thick and seems very durable. The top cover sits a few inches above the board when assembled making it great for adding grapes and larger charcuterie items or adding large piles of cheese. There are 4 latches that secure the top to the board. The hold is very tight so I didn’t have any concern about it coming apart, and it comes with an extra latch just in case one happens to break. The handles on the top flatten out when not needed.The board is a medium size which I think is the ideal size for a group of between 2 to 6 people. I am looking forward to taking it on my next camping trip or day trip!I will probably purchase a second one for a friend, maybe the second one that has dividers this time.Highly recommend for the quality and the convenience.
