The cold pack is an excellent addition especially during the warmer/hot months where you don’t want your cheese or vegetables to get mushy. The snaps are sturdy and the wide handles make for easy transport. Wash up easily. Highly recommend.

This charcuterie board is such a cool find! I’ve never seen anything like it in big box stores or department stores. It’s perfect for someone who loves going on picnics as much as I do. Since I prefer preparing my own platters of different snacks rather than buying pre-made store food or getting takeout, having a dedicated board with a clear lid is great. The best part is definitely the ice packs that fit underneath the board. Being able to freeze those to keep everything chilled means I don't have to lug a heavy cooler around with me anymore.The quality is great, and the whole thing feels very sturdy with reliable handles. I did have a small scare when I first opened the box because one of the snaps had come off and was just loose in the packaging. I was worried it was broken, but it actually just snapped right back into place. It’s been working fine since then, so hopefully it stays put and doesn't give me any trouble down the road. It’s also quite easy to clean, though I’d definitely recommend using the soft side of a sponge on the lid to make sure you don't scratch the clear plastic.The only other thing to consider is the cost, as $40 feels a little steep. While it’s a really cool idea and very functional, I think a price closer to $30 would be a bit more appropriate.
This charcuterie board set is very nice! The wood board is beautiful, very sturdy, thick, well made. The cutouts are maybe not quite as deep as I think they could have been, particularly since this is made for travel, if the walls of the sections were just a bit higher you could prevent things sliding around a little more.The lid is beautiful, nice clear plastic with handles that flip up to carry, and then fold down to be completely flat and flush with the lid. BUT. The first one of these I ordered came with 2 broken clips, one was broken on the tiny little peg on the lid itself that inserts into the clip to hold it in place and allow it to flip up and down. The other was broken on the clip itself, where the peg would insert. I requested an exchange and it was approved immediately and I received the new item in a few days, but that one also had a broken clip! The second one only had one broken clip, also on the same spot of the little peg on the lid. I'm keeping it though, because I love it, and the clip still stays in place while closed, so it's still functional in that way. And also because I am assuming this is obviously a design issue and is likely to effect a lot of the units.The included ice pack is genius. It inserts right into the bottom of the board, which keeps the board ice cold! The pack itself is hard plastic, so it holds its shape, and according to the instructions needs to be frozen lying flat. It also comes with a very nice corningware-style center dipping cup that fits perfectly into its indent in the board and is the right height for the lid as well.Aside from the clips, I absolutely love this! I think it's so smart for cheese platters, candy, chocolate, anything you want to keep a bit cool while traveling and serving. Perfect for block parties, BBQs, potlucks...pretty much everything!

Wow, this board is way cooler than anything I knew existed!The bamboo is beautiful, heavy and smooth. The cut-out compartments are nice to create a little space between items you choose to stock the board with. The lid is impressive in this age of crappy, breakable plastics that companies use anymore. I was quite surprised at how thick and seemingly sturdy the lid is. Hopefully it lasts for years to come. I also love that the lid has six clasps instead of two or four like most similar storage containers. It's easy to latch and unlatch the six clasps.The ice pack on the bottom is just genius. It's more about keeping whatever you put in the included ramekin cold, less about everything else on the board. But I will say, it's not going to hurt. The instructional sheet that came with the set says to freeze the ice pack flat so it will fit back into the board without warping, so keep that in mind.The board itself is easy to clean (I hand wash because I don't own a dishwasher). The lid is a little tougher because of all the clasps but it doesn't seem like an issue a dish brush can't handle. Overall, I am seriously impressed with this board and cannot wait to use it time and time again.
