Well worth the price from my POV

I decided to buy these after seeing them recommended by America's Test Kitchen. I absolutely love them as they fit perfectly into my expensive half sheet pans that I use all the time. These racks are going to be a lot of use and the best thing is that they are dishwasher safe and very sturdy because of the extra cross bars underneath the mesh.Updated - October/23I loved the half sheet racks that I bought previously so much that I decided to order a set of 2 of the quarter sheet racks. They fit perfectly into the quarter sheet pans that I use sometimes, so perfect for the toaster oven or something smaller in the main oven, and also great when you don't want to use the bigger racks. I am really happy with my purchases and know that these will be used for years to come.

Making bacon in the oven

These are lower than cooling racks that I use, but thats okay because I bought these for cooking bacon in the oven. They work great with a foil lined baking pan underneath. The grease drips off while the bacon crisps up. Afterwards these racks are tough to clean by hand, but clean up perfectly in the dishwasher.
