I really like this cheese slicer!It cuts cheese evenly, feels great in the hand, and the slices look beautiful on a cheese or charcuterie board. It’s super easy to clean, and I love that it comes with extra wires. Totally worth it!

This slicer is so nice! I love that you can adjust the thickness of the cut! It’s easy to clean, and works great! It even comes with extra wires for replacement when needed!
Perfect if you use it for the correct cheese
I'm not sure if it will just take more testing/use, but I was really excited about this cheese wire slicer, and haven't been very successful yet. I think the ideal cheese is hard like Parmesan, but parm almost seemed too hard to use this with, and the size of the cheese block I had and the slicer opening wasn't ideal either. I wonder if the wire isn't 'sharp' enough, but i'm not sure how that would work. I like that the width of slices can be adjusted with this tool, but it was really hard to actually physically use when it was set pretty thin (e.g. nice thin slices of parm). I'm hopeful that a slightly softer cheese will work better, but that's a fine balance as well- and may be more of a mess than it's worth when compared to slicing with a knife. The extra wires are nice to have in case this breaks/gets worn out though, and the handle is really solid and durable- feels like it could last forever, I just hope I can master how to best use it soon.
