I have been really pleased with this cheese curler. It works great with harder cheeses or softer cheeses, too. So far the durability has been really good, though I am careful not to push it too far. If a cheese is shredding into thin pieces instead of curling, I'm okay with those, too. And this makes entertaining so nice! It saves a lot of work on presentation. I also love really thin cheese curls and slices on my sandwiches, and this tool is perfect for those. Worth it!

It’s easy to set up and works great! Just be sure to use hard cheeses. I tried it with Gouda which isn’t hard enough. It warmed up quickly and started smooshing. But that was user error.
