Sliced right through cold, hard, sharp cheddar (use 2 hands)

It was awkward trying to take a video with one hand while using the other for slicing hard sharp cheddar I just took out of the fridge, but it did go right through, as you can see.You definitely need two hands; one for holding the slicer base and one for bringing down the wire.I like the grid that lets you cut exactly the thickness you want. Doesn't it remind you of those paper cutters in grade school?It also comes with a pack of replacement wires, which is really convenient, so it should last for a while.The stainless steel is nice. It cleaned up easily and stainless doesn't hold odors.It's a nice size and pretty enough to sit out on the countertop.
