Love this thing! So much better and safer than a knife! Consistent slice thickness! Shipped fast! Also, it's nice to be able to "Cut-The-Cheese", without asking one of your kids to "Pull-My-Finger", and then, "Letting-One-Rip", stinking everyone out! ;-)
I like my ultra-processed cheese and this cheese slicer cuts perfect slices every time ! Highly recommended !

Okay, let me start by saying that this cheese slicer does slice cheese. That's not to say that the slices will be even because the design allows the cheese slices to be fat on one side and skinny on the other. The problem is that it is adjustable but the adjustment is in the middle of the slicer which allows it to tilt to the left and the right.The slicer itself lasted for about 3 weeks because the knurled nut for adjusting slices is made of aluminum and strips out very easily. One good thing I can say, and the reason I'm giving a two-star review, is that it comes with additional wires so I was able to fix my previous cheese slicer which lasted for over 20 years, and is what I'm using now.If you need a cheese slicer please look somewhere else. This one does not receive my recommendation.
