Cut the cheese

These are great! When I received them I bought all different types of cheeses. I cut the cheese so much and they worked well every time. The only issie I had was when my friend tried to scrape his feet. I told him, "CHEESE CHEESE! YOU CAN ONLY CUT THE CHEESE!" But excellent and sturdy. Will be ordering cheese directly from the Netherlands soon. I loved cutting the cheese there with all the windmills.

Finnicky and Unwieldy, but better than plastic

These are a good deal for what they are. I appreciate them, but I think I’m going to buy a different wire cheese slicer. I wish the tension of the wire could be adjusted easier, it’s too loose and makes for a sloppy cut. Additionally, the knurled knob that controls the spacing doesn’t do a great job of locking it down.Besides that, I wish the whole unit wasn’t as wide. Just a centimeter or two narrower would make it much easier to handle.

Both work with a hard & smoked cheddar with ease.
