This is the best apron I've found thus far. Well-made, rugged, with a great price.
I've been on an apron hunt, and I'm surprised by just how hard it is to find one that has everything. This apron is as close to what I'm looking for as I can get, yet it still needs work and probably ongoing care. But this apron is worth the extra work I'll put into it to make it perfect. I worked in this apron for three straight days. When choosing an apron, the first thing I've learned to look for is one that has the crisscross straps in the back. Aprons that wrap around your neck put too much strain on my body because I fill the pockets with all sorts of objects, which adds a lot of weight. I always have two phones, mini tripods, large selfie stick tripods, more earbuds, etc. That's if I'm shooting. If I'm gardening, there's even more, and if I'm working, then I'm adding hammers, nails, and all the heavy objects. The aprons that wrapped around my neck would destroy me. The crisscross straps take all that weight and distribute it to my shoulders instead of my neck, relieving me of that pressure. That's the first big need. The next thing I look for is pockets and other ways to hold objects. This apron has three toolholder straps where I can hook things onto or slide tools into. Huge win. I love the chest pocket and the tiny pocket that sits on top of the larger middle pockets. Those come in super handy. The main pockets are large, deeper than most apron pockets, and can hold quite a bit.I LOVE how well-made and rugged this apron is. It’s thick, strong, durable and feels protective. I feel like my body is protected more while wearing this apron, which was an unexpected feeling. The material feels like thick denim. All the hardware is good quality and strong. The grommets for the straps are fantastic, and the rivets securing the toolholders and pocket corners really level the quality of this apron up in a huge way for me. Another thing I look at right away is stitching. I’m always looking for strong reinforced stitching, and that’s what this apron is missing. It’s single stitched throughout and while it’s done well, I wish it was reinforced. A big reason I can ignore that, however, is because this stitching isn’t really what holds this apron together. It’s more just to tidy up the edges. The most important parts are held in place by rivets. Still, there’s single stitching at the bottom of the pockets, and it just takes one loose thread to unravel the entire lower pocket. It would be an easy fix, but I’d have loved to have seen tighter stitching. My next biggest complaint is the main pocket location. Why on earth every apron puts their pockets right in the middle of the apron is beyond me. Spread them out, put them on the side, or simply add more pockets if the main pockets absolutely have to be right in the center of the apron. This is what I’ll be adding to this apron. Side pockets. In fact, I’ll probably add quite a few more pockets and toolholders. The material can handle it. I’ll also reinforce the stitching myself. My other wish is that the straps were a bit longer. They’re fine as they are now, but I’m a bigger person and I need more room and longer straps. I love the material they’re made out of, though. I also love that at the end of each strap; there’s a leather piece that stops the straps from slipping out of the side grommets. That’s very clever and what makes the length of the straps not a huge deal right now. This apron gets all five stars even with my picky imperfections. Because even with those, this is an amazing apron and my favorite one thus far, and I’ve tested quite a few. The list price is $15, and that’s already an amazing price, but right now the coupon price is $9 and that just means I need to buy more and different colors. I love the blue but the army green and gray also look just stunning.

Fits All of Our Family Members
Chef Apron for Men or Women, Large or Small People Review:This apron is pretty awesome. It fits every single member of my family and our sizes vary greatly. There is plenty of tie to go around the more portly of us. It's super comfortable. The pockets are nice and large. Those of us with larger hands can get them into the pockets easily. The pockets will also hold my garden tools. There's a stiffness to the fabric. It's kind of thick but not overly so. It comes down almost to the knees of the person who is 5 ft 6 in tall. I'll include photos. It looks nice. My daughter thinks it's cute.We haven't stained it and tried to wash it yet, so we don't know what that will be like. I will definitely be hanging it, though, and Not putting it into the dryer. As is the case with everything that fits me well. The hemming is good. It's very solidly made. The straps are adjustable and made of something unusual for apron ties. They're made of a woven fabric, like a woven cotton belt. The kind with small weaving, not like a big leather belt. They are great it works really well and it makes them softer, more adjustable and sturdier, I think, than most apron strings.

Great & Functional Apron
I was looking for a functional apron for the kitchen. One that had an easily accessible pocket, I could wipe my hands on, loop a towel in, easy to take on and off, only one tie, and be big enough to cover my chest and stay there. Oh! And be cute. So while I compromised on a couple things, I am very pleased with what this did do well. The material and construction is very durable, I don’t see this coming apart any time soon. The pocket is front & center, very easy to access. The small pocket can be used to stuff a towel in, but can fall out. There are loops further up but it’s too high for what I’m used to. The straps are great! It will take me a bit to get used to putting my arms through when I loop it over my head, but the fact that it’s adjustable for an all in one strap is sooo worth it! I do not want anything pulling on my neck in order to keep my chest covered, and this delivered. It fits across my chest!! The best part is I can raise it up if it starts to travel down the valley but won’t pull anywhere else. For you big and busty gals, seriously, this one covers and locks in place. This is easy to adjust and is comfortable for marathon cooking sessions. The compromises I made- it’s not really cute. It looks good, but no frills or patterns. The lack of a towel loop, but I can work with what I have. Easy on and off, while I’m sure I can get used to it, it’s not one I can throw on and tie, yet. The real test will be the weekend meal prep.
