Jusr arrived today but giving it 5 stars already. I have other 67 layer damascus kitchen knives from China, this is on par with all of them. The handle and grip may look too big but it isn't, fits and feels awesome. The 73 layer damascus forging is raised, easy to feel. A few test cuts on cold chuck roast and some limes are perfect, effortless cutting. It is really, really sharp. And the black blade is beautiful with the wood handle No worries with this carving knife. Will update later if issues develop but from first impressions, I am not expecting any.

I've heard about these knives and I wasn't disappointed. I got this for my mom who is master in the kitchen. The knife is beautiful and sharp as a... as a great knife 🤣 The design of the handle adds to the aesthetic. It's got some weight to it. I don't particularly like how slick the handle is but I can appreciate the care taking into the design.
