I used this in my teager to keep the meat (turkey) away from direct heat and have more room for circulation of smoke. Worked out perfect , the food came out evenly cooked and it was a hit. The seemed sturdy, put two side by side and placed a 20 lb butterflied turkey, handled the weight with ease.
These are AWESOME. I have used many of these. Most are just stainless. Most are flimsy. These are SOLID. These are beautiful. I highly recommend. I am very impressed. They stack nicely which is great for cookies. The stainless ones come unwelded, these are very well made.
Love these racks. I needed a new rack for my broiler pan to use in my convection oven. Been looking for one for years; my old one was so worn out and hard to clean. This one works great, and is super easy to clean!
I gave these cooling rakes to my sister for Christmas, and she loved them.
With limited space, these racks are wonderful because they can be stacked. Very sturdy. This is my second set.
I ordered these for my wife but on using them they don’t stay securely on the legs. The slightest movement and the legs/supports collapse spilling the baked goods across the counter and on the floor.If they locked into place they would be alright but not great.
Bought this rack to make beef jerky in my smoker. Fits perfectly, and stacks nice. First time ever smoking beef jerky and it came out perfect.
