I was looking for a square muffin tin for my almond flour dinner rolls. This is exactly what I was looking for. I also bought the square liners from the same company and they fit perfectly. Easy to hand wash since nothing sticks.
This was given as a gift and loved. You will really want to get rid of other pans once you start using chef Made brand.
Very happy with this pan. Heavy duty aluminum pan makes for crispy corn bread. Perfect size for two people.
So nice to make some little brownies or cakes for picnics or snacks. Easy to freeze if any remainders are left. Sturdy and easily washed in dishwasher.
Good portions, makes my mini cakes look pretty. Very heavy, does stick a little but I use a little butter.

I'll tell you why you need this pan in your life. And you do need it, Chefmade makes awesome bakeware (I have plenty of kitchen items from that brand). So one of the reasons you know, but I'll break down two more benefits you may have not thought of.Reasons to Buy:1. Non-stick. This is the obvious one. You can bake brownies without any sort of spray, butter or oil in the pan. Although to be perfectly honest, I'm so used to greasing pans with lard, that I'll keep on doing it (I'm from the Deep South, don't knock it).2. No more sloppy-looking brownies. Listen, we've all been there. You have a square or rectangle baking pan for brownies. You're in a hurry, you decide to cut and divide them in the pan. And as you're making the lines, they get jagged. Even if you take the entire thing out of the pan and cut with a large knife, you have to keep cleaning the knife, or it will just make jagged lines. With this pan, you've got perfectly shaped, perfect-sized brownies. Great for parties or a display, they always look good.3. Plenty of edges. My Wife, she only wants the brownies right in the middle of a pan, no edges. Myself, everyone else in the house, we loves the firm edges/ends. And the best you can do is have only two out of four sides of your brownie with the ends. But with this pan, all four sides, with that sweet firm crispness to them.The pan is easy enough to clean, because nothing really sticks. Normally I detest having to clean muffin pans and such, which is why I try to stick to liners. But since this is nonstick, it doesn't take long to hand-wash at all. Chefmade makes really good baking stuff, this pan is no exception, so I'd say order one.
