This pan is the newest addition to my CHECMADE collection and I’m a huge fan! I have baked 4 loafs of bread since I unboxed this thing. Every single time the bread comes out clean and perfect. OK, but with issues

I've ordered a number of these pullman style bread pans and I was surprised that the manufacturer thought it OK to send these out without a protective box. As you can see, there is nothing protecting the corners and the delivery person cannot be responsible if they do not know what is inside the plastic bag. Yes, that paper strap is all that was applied from the maker. The maker needs to do better. Yes, this still works, but paint coating has began to peel off where the corners hit the ground. Unfortunate.

Very functional VENTILATED nonstick NON-Teflon loaf pan

This bread loaf pan is very well made! The silicone nonstick coating both works and makes it where if it ever starts to chip, the same kinds of health worries associated with Teflon are not going to be an issue. The best feature about this pan is that the bottom also has vents so even if it's closed, the bread will be crisp and not get soggy and chewy from being steamed as it can let the moisture out etc. Didn't expect to find vents but am thrilled they are there! Well made pullman-style loaf pan!

This is an attractive, well made covered loaf pan (or Pullman pan) perfect for making things like sandwich bread! This has an added benefit over standard pans by being ventilated which helps control moisture. The lid fits on top easily and doesn't require finagling like some cheaper ones. Would highly recommend this for any home baker.
