This Roating Pan was amazing during Thanksgiving. It was my first Thanksgiving I ever hosted! It’s heavy and robust quality definitely made me feel better about picking up this roasting pan with 2 6 lb chickens inside it with liquid at the bottom and veggie stuffers. The whole unit was amazing. I loved the grate to hold the chickens but also where the juices went. It definitely made things easy. I appreciated the handles and how sturdy they were. Excellent product. I do have a double oven so this fit in my largest portion of the double oven.

Not durable

I used this pan once to cook my thanksgiving turkey and the Teflon or whatever the material is used to make it non-stick has peeled on the inside edge of the pan and the rack also. Now I probably will not be able to use it again since it's recommended not to use once the teflon is damaged. It has the Amazon's Choice label which was one of the reasons I purchased, won't be trusting that choice any more. Also, the handles are kind of difficult to lift when wearing an oven glove. Not sure if I can return used?!
