Unit seems to work well. Very quiet operation. Outside is cool to the touch. The exhaust comes out of the back and is surprisingly NOT super heated, maybe ten degrees above room temperature. Display is great, very useful information.Unit is well made. The only thing I don't like is that it moves easily when it's on my counter, maybe put some rubber supports under the unit to reduce movement.
I bought this for Christmas and received it. I used it a few times already and it’s a very nice toaster oven. It has a lot of different modes so depending on what you’re making you can adjust it. It does heat up pretty fast compared to my old one so I really like that I also got this more than 50% off, which I’m so happy about so if you can get this while it’s on a discount definitely worth it. Size wise it’s pretty chunky but not very long so if it’s very nice in my kitchen. i’m very satisfied.

I bought this oven over a year ago. I have a nice, roomy kitchen with a new stove/oven since it's a fairly new house. However, I'm getting older and bending over to get things in and out of the oven was a royal pain. I saw this model at a friend's house, and she raved about it. Keeps the kitchen cool in the Texas heat, easy to use for any baking, air frying or roasting, replaces the toaster and air fryer on the counter and can handle a frozen pizza super well. So we bought it and love it. There are only a few things we don't like, but can easily live with:1. The bell that signals the end of the cooking cycle is almost silent. It is at best a mild tinkle.2. It is easy to wipe down the oven, once it cools, but the top inside is very hard to clean. The fan and heating elements block the top area. The sides and glass window are very easy to clean.3. I have been very unsuccessful in getting another solid sheet so I can do French fries, roast veggies, etc. The size is not standard and the company doesn't sell them online. I line the sheet with aluminum foil now to facilitate cleaning.When this little baby finally stops working (it's going strong for over a year now), I'll definitely buy another one. At this price, it's a no brainer.
This Air Fryer works great and provides strong value for the price. The digital display could be better as it is very difficult to make out the temperature and cooking time unless the room is dark or that I at least close my blinds. Also, there is a customer-provided video above that suggests the drip pan should be placed directly under the air fryer basket when air frying but I believe this is incorrect. The heat from the lower element will only get through if the drip pan is placed in the bottom of the air fryer as shown in the pics from the manufacturer, directly below the heating element. And when cooking something very oily, such as chicken wings with the skin on, I use parchment paper to minimize the drippings hitting the lower heating element or use my "basket air fryer". I also love that it is an oven, a toaster and an air-fryer which equals a big space savings in my pantry. Overall I am happy with it and I want to add that using countertop appliances such as air fryers and slow cookers will save a lot on your eclectic bill! I am single and heating the "big oven" is not only time consuming but very energy inefficient and once I realized this and focused on counter top appliances for most recipes, I have seen a substantial monthly savings. Bonus ~ counter top appliances do not heat up your kitchen in the summer months :)
I bought this air fryer as a replacement for an eight year old model. This air fryer is not as noisy as my older model, it cooks really well, and I like the door and the trays versus the pot with a handle. On the downside this one does not "ding" when it is finished cooking.....the sound button on the display is not working, so I use a separate timer.Complaint: The air fryer box was damaged upon arrival. The lid had been slit open on top and down one side, yet it was taped back with Amazon labeled tape. Secondly, the direction pamphlet was loose in the box, and the electrical cord was loose and not wrapped as usually a NEW appliance would be, and when I lifted out the air fryer from the box the electrical cord was just hanging, and I noticed one of the two mesh trays was loose in the box, the other was found inside the fryer. Being that the cut open box was taped back and had Amazon taping on it, I blame Amazon. I had thought I was purchasing a new, prestine, air fryer. It is a good thing the air fryer works okay as I would have a very hard time, health-wise, to pack this machine up in another, mailable, huge box, nor drive it somewhere in my town to take it for a reimbursement.My plea is to Amazon to pay more attention to their quality control departments as this is not the only item I have received that either had poor packaging, and in a few instances, damaged merchandise and/or a wrong order. I felt I should complain, finally, as this purchase was huge $$ for me. I plan on ordering all my Christmas gifts from Amazon this year, so I am hoping Amazon pays more attention to packaging and delivering.
