Great product and easy to read. Even upside down the display will flip automatically. Cost a little more but well worth it when your in front of a hot stove or BBQ trying to read the temperature of a piece of meat and you don't have to wait for a reading, one second that's all it takes. Get one you won't be sorry!

This thermometer is easy to use and from my testing it is pretty accurate. I have used it a couple times now, with the most important occasion being last thanksgiving's dinner. I am pleased with it and will continue to use it until I can't anymore but so far it has been great.
This thermometer has been awesome. A recurring issue that we've had with cooking thermometers is that they're not water resistant or waterproof in the case with this one, so they require extra care when cleaning. This one can be hand cleaned just like with any other dishes without having to worry about water getting around physical buttons or under the display. Accuracy seems to be spot on comparing with others and it reads pretty fast. The display is able to rotate depending on angle making it easy to read. It also has a backlight and easy to read in low light conditions. If the thermometer backlight times out, it can be easily reactivated by closing/re-opening the probe or by hitting the backlight button. The display itself will time out after a while as well. Finally, it has a magnet making it easy to keep it close by for ease of use. Overall, we're super happy with this thermometer and would recommend it.
