My kitchen, drawers and cupboards are full of appliances and gadgets most of which honestly I don't use. This powerhouse gets used every cherry season. It is useful compact and gets the job done.! This little gadget makes eating and baking with cherries a breeze. It allows you to pit several cherries at once. Caution however it's not perfect! There will still be pits in some of your cherries so be careful when chewing.
Have purchased this twice as I broke the first one I bought (had it for a couple of years). This is a Good product. Went through 2# of cherries in a short amount of time. Easy to clean and easy to use. It will crack easily if dropped. Good value for the price. Would definitely buy again.
This thing rocks! It only takes seconds to load and press - Wala, 6 pitted cherries! Almost never misses, and the cup makes it easy to count pits to be sure they were all removed. Hardly messes the cherry up at all. We use to pit cherries before freeze drying. A tad difficult to press, but well worth the effort. Just the perfect size to make it easy to store.
Love this gadget and so do my kids. It works great (a little messy) but it does what it says and you get all the pits out of the cherries.
Works well, fast, and easy to clean. At first I didn't know how to remove the pits from the pitter, the bottom piece separates (although it didn't look like it did), just lift from the lip sticking out.

It leaves too many pits in the cherries and they have to be hand removed. Very disappointed.
