Withstands 900 degree heat.I use these to turn pizzas in my Roccbox pizza oven and they're awesome!These are FAR easier than removing/turning with the launching peel or using a dedicated a turning peel in such a small oven. If the hydration of the dough is high, sometimes I will have to unseat it after the initial 15-30 seconds with the launching peel, then use these to turn.Most importantly, with these you can keep the pizza both in the oven the entire cooking duration and turn in the same spot during cooking. Worked perfectly

I am still learning how to make pizza in my Chicago Brick Oven. The learning curve is steep from stretching the dough properly (I am still using premade frozen dough balls) to launching the pizza into the oven without sticking to the peel.
