Practice safe food presentation - and look good doing it!
I do a lot of appetizer entertaining and these looked like they would fit the bill.I have a large veggie platter that has frozen inserts but it is large and compartmented - so this solved the issue when I need something smaller or I don't want large compartments. So it is perfect sized for a smaller veggie platter for 6 with lots of veggie space and dip in the center (gotta keep that cold).I also have a large charcuterie board for large groups but it also can be too large at times and I have no way to keep that cold - so I get a bit nervous leaving meat and cheese unchilled. So this called for a bit of creativity but I found it worked wonderfully for meats and cheeses - I actually used 2 of them and mixed in small bowls of hummus, baba, tabouli as well as grapes. I worked the crackers into a different unchilled platter.And those forks and tongs - perfect! I had a set of forks like those that I lost in the cross-country move and replaced them with a set that wasn't as nice. These are perfect for the charcuterie! Add a few small knives for slicing cheese and you are set!I did my platters ahead of time and then turned the bottom over to act as a lid - I held it in place with painter's tape to ensure it didn't slide and no residue (you could also use plastic wrap).Easy cleanup on the trays and easy to store. Doesn't take up much room in my pantry.What I didn't think about beforehand is the amount of ice needed. I half filled them with ice and they did last about 2 hours. You would need to fill them more in order to get the benefit of a longer chill - but my icemaker would have been depleted as it is small. I'd suggest if you are using all three, buy a bag of ice then fill away (or start building a bag of ice a day or so early so your icemaker is replenishing as you deplete it before the event)! That way you still have ice in the fridge for drinks, etc. I don't see this as a drawback - just means you need to think it through.If I had gotten the 4 bowl set, I'd probably give one to my bestie - but I'm not giving any of these three up!

These are fantastic for any type of gathering you are having from birthdays to holidays to showers. The utensils being with it as well are just an added bonus to this set! It is very easy to store and being able to keep everything together while being stored is literally a game changer! The great thing about these are you can put ice inside the bowl rather than having to freeze the entire container in the freezer and take up space most families don’t have. They are very sturdy and thick plastic. You can also use all of this separately as salad bowls, punch bowls etc. Absolutely worth the money!

Beautiful, Practical, and Surprisingly Versatile
This set looks great and works even better. The trays feel sturdy and upscale enough for parties, but still practical for everyday use.We used one for charcuterie, one for fruit, and, just for fun, one of the acrylic bases to hold popcorn. That last one was a little awkward because it was wider than the bowls we usually use. It was fine for one movie night, but I’ll stick to our normal popcorn bowls next time. Everything stayed nice and cold, and cleanup was easy.The mini forks and tongs are a thoughtful touch and came in handy for picking cheeses, grape clusters, and cured meats. The stainless trays look sharp when plated up, but a word of warning: dry them thoroughly. Water spots will ruin that pretty shine.I’m already planning to use a couple tomorrow for family-style salmon and veggies, plus a Greek pasta and salad setup tonight. Everything stacks neatly and take up a fraction of the space my bulky chafing dishes do.I'm really happy with this set, and can't speak highly enough of it.
