Great for cooling a drink, not great for living with I’m giving this three stars. It cools a drink, but that’s about it. The cup feels heavy when it’s empty and even heavier once it’s frozen with your drink in it. The center column takes up more space than it should, so you end up with less drink than you want or think you should have from the size. Cleaning around that column needs a narrow brush and a little patience. Using it is simple. Freeze it, pour your drink, swirl, wait. It works, but it’s slow and not something I’d bring anywhere. It does the job of cooling your drink.

Rubber handle ripped already
I was so excited to order this because I don't like ice in my drinks. It works as advertised, quickly bringing the temp of my iced tea or Sprite down without dealing with floating ice and eventually watered down drinks. It works surprisingly well for coffee, which I didn't expect going from very hot starting temperature. The reason I am only giving one star is because it is quite heavy even when empty and because it is somewhat difficult to clean due to the center pillar. Both of these "flaws" are actually what makes it work as well as it does, but I find that I grab one of my older thermal mugs more often for regular cold drinks. I really only use it for iced coffee which I honestly don't drink that often as I prefer my coffee hot 99% of the time. If you are a fan of iced coffee I definitely recommend it, but get a good set of bottle brushes to make life easier.
