    Will have to return-Broken but beautiful

    I wanted to love this set, and I was really excited for it to arrive. Unfortunately one of the cups arrived cracked in half. The packaging was not damaged at all, so I’m guessing the cup just couldn’t travel well enough in the padding. The set really is beautiful and exactly like the pictures, but I sadly need to return it because of the broken cup. I am still giving it two stars since it is so pretty

    A lovely starter set for a beginner or advanced tea drinker.

    A very lovely gongfu set. The glaze pattern I chose for mine is the perfect shade, and true to picture. While it doesn't have a gaiwan, you can always find a set that does if that's your style. Still, this set is literally everything you need for a nice session (except for a tea tray,) and comes in a beautiful protective box that I kept after the fact. You can tell someone put thought into the packaging, as well as the pieces themselves; this is a wonderful set to use when you're sharing with company. 10/10, would buy again. The price wasn't outrageous, especially given the quality and completeness of the set.Can't really say much as to the sturdiness---this is ceramic and I am not trying to drop any of the pieces to find out..... but it functions as you'd expect a gongfu set to, so I can't complain.
