I’ve went through a dozen different nonstick brands all the way from $—$$$$ and this is the best so far. I like it better than one I have that’s twice the price. Excellent heat dispersion and wears tough, and heavy enough and well built.
Circulon has really done a great job with their products.. Cannot say enough about how wonderful this fry pan set is.Love them!!
Love these pans. So nice and easy to clean
A perfect little set.I had a Circulon 12" for about 6 years, and I didn't really know how to use it.... but it still worked well for five and a half years.Upon needing a replacement, I started doing some research.... my budget is in an awful state, and I wanted to know if the expensive pans were necessary.I always knew that the sooner you clean after using, the better...but I wasn't aware that spray oils and dishwashers make such a huge difference, and I also didn't realise you shouldn't really use them above a medium heat.I believe now, that even if a pan says dishwasher safe, it's best to clean it by hand.I have had these a month or so, used them nearly every day - spaghetti sauce, eggs, bacon, sausages, onions etc.I haven't used any spray oil, use them at medium or slightly lower heat, I have cleaned them immediately after using, and easily I might add, and aside from the base underneath, they look completely brand new.If you get these and use them correctly, there is no reason to believe they won't last for a very long time.I'm very glad I didn't triple my costs, to get negligible difference, if any.Everything I have cooked so far has been perfect.
We have not used these yet; just arrived. Wanted to note that like some other manufacturers (notably TFal), Circulon is using the new measuring scheme. The 10" pans we have from two years ago are much larger than the new 10" pans which literally sit inside the old pans (with room to spare). If you measure the maximum diameter at the top of the pan, you do get 10 and 12 inches. However the bottom surface area is far smaller than the previous generation.Why does this matter? Because if you could cook two grilled cheese sandwiches side-by-side in the old 10" pan, you cannot do so in the new 10" pan. We bought this set knowing the sizing issue and indeed the 12" pan is just a little larger on the cooking surface than the old 10" we have.The pans are hefty with more weight than other frying pans. There is wavy pattern to the cooking surface that tends more to the fine side than the course. I asked if my wife wanted to send them back (because of the weight) but she said absolutely not. Construction appears solid. Only time will tell about the non-stick surface.Update - still love the pans but the smaller pan was overused and the larger pan was never used. This company does not sell the 10" by itself but instead asks you to buy both pans even if you need just one. Because of this silliness, we have moved on to other vendors.
This is the only cookware that actually works as advertised and lasts and lasts. Buy nothing else!
Love this brand of pots and pans. Had a set for about 10 years. Finally replaced with these bc the nonstick does eventually wear off. I don’t put them in dishwasher but are very easy to clean.
