Nice insulated coffee tumbler, but I don't like the drink spout cover...

This is a decent coffee tumbler for the price. It is insulated which is nice. I feel like it's pretty light weight as well. The insulation works perfectly, keeping my coffee hot for at least about an hour, and the 14 oz size is just right for daily use. I also appreciate the comfortable handle, which makes it easy to carry around on busy mornings.A few things to note: the tumbler is lightweight rather than heavy duty, which makes it very convenient for travel but not as sturdy as some other mugs. The lid works well overall but seems VERY cheap and seems easy to break if you aren't careful. The biggest downfall of this cup is the little silicone cover for the drink spout which constantly tends to pop off, so it can be tricky to keep in place. Not only that but you have to move it when you want a drink and since it isn't actually attached to the cup itself then it is easy to lose the piece. I honestly just kept mine popped off because I got tired of trying to keep up with it especially on the go.Despite these minor issues I will say that it is still a functional, and stylish tumbler that I reach for every day. I haven't had any issues with the seal leaking when I tip the cup, its easy to use, and it is very easy to clean which I love.Perfect for coffee, tea, or any hot or cold drink, and the sleek black design looks great too!

Good basic stainless mug

I really love this mug, so I was torn about not giving it 5 stars- but it falls short on a couple key areas compared to similar mugs- so I did take one star off.The things I really like are: it's the perfect size for a big cup of coffee if you're basically staying in one place. (It's not a travel mug) With the lid on, it will keep it hot for about an hour. That's because the lid doesn't have a slide mechanism to open and close- just that little rubber gasket that isn't attached - so unless you are going to take it off and on everytime you take a sip- you lose heat.That said, it's still a great mug if you're just hanging out and want to keep your coffee or tea warm for longer than a regular mug. And the top does not leak. (Again, though, if you knocked it over without the stopper in it- it would spill everywhere.) The stopper is also really hard to fit back in. Might as well throw it away if you don't lose it right awayThe mug works great for cold beverages- with or without the top. It's wide enough to put a lot of ice in. It has a wide, flat base so it doesn't tip over easily. Very easy to clean. $10 well spent. I keep it at my desk instead of traveling with it.

Practical, modern and does the job.

his double wall insulated mug was for my husband who drinks coffee pretty much 24/7. I was looking for a mug that would truly keep his coffee hot for hours at a time so we couldn't be constantly dumping it and making more. This mug has done a pretty good job of serving that purpose. It is made from stainless steel and keeps the coffee hot for at least 4 hours and warm for another 3 or 4. It also keeps drinks cold with ice for about 10-12 hours. It fits into the cup holder in the car without difficulty which makes it good for using at home or on the road.The lid fits snugly and doesn't leak when turned upside down and it has a silicone plug to make sure that doesn't happen. The handle makes it easier to carry than cups without a handle. The bottom of the mug has a non-slip silicone pad that keeps furniture from getting scratched. The black and silver color, while not particularly exciting, is exactly what my husband was looking for as he didn't want a "cute" mug. He thought it was practical looking and modern in design. The cup is easy to use and to clean. He has been using it daily for about 2 weeks and so far, it is holding up perfectly.

Great for keeping my beverage warm, but flawed lid design.

I ordered this because I have been on the lookout for a mug to use at home that will keep my tea or coffee warm for longer periods of time. I don't know about other people, but I like to enjoy my coffee/tea in the morning and find myself at times setting it down and forgetting about it. But once I remember and come back to it, it's too cold for my liking and I either dump it or have to reheat it in the microwave.This insulated tumbler takes that problem out of the equation but added another problem... the lid design.Although the tumbler keeps my beverage warm, the lid is flawed in my opinion. I should clarify more towards the stopper. I just feel because it isn't attached or secured to the lid or mug that it is just a matter of time that it is forgotten and lost. If you don't put the stopper in place, it will leak. So, the lid design definitely needs improvement.But all in all, the tumbler does what is expected with keeping whatever beverage you put in it hot or cold for a long period of time, just watch the lid and stopper.
