This is a great ice cube tray for large cubes. I like having the lid so it keeps the ice clean and fresh and you can stack it. The color is perfect and the cubes are great for rocks glass type cocktails. The cubes are a little large for use in some skinnier glasses so the ice doesn’t go all the way to the bottom but I bought these for cocktails they are great for that.
I use this for freezing vegetable stock, soup additives, etc. Big cell sizes-great! Once frozen it is easy to remove from mold. The color is as described- Beautiful!!! Can NOT go wrong with this one. Functional and cute! Love the soft lavender!
Makes nice big ice cubes with no rubber taste or smell, but for the "easy release"? They do not come out easily.
Popped them right in the dishwasher, then filled them up and put them in the freezer. They are nice and sturdy I love that they have covers so that nothing falls into them and it keeps them fresh. I love big ice cubes for my water, but these are also great for broth and sauce as well as left over coffee for iced coffee cubes, or wine if you like.
This gizmo created clear ice. It's very attractive in the glass. Why only two stars? Well, the cubes themselves are too large to drop into my set of rocks glasses. The cubes may be 2" on a side, but they're just under three inches corner-to-corner. So either I break them up, carve off the corners, or get bigger rocks glasses. Oh, and getting the silicone tray out of the cooler housing is a process. If water gets between the two, you need a breaker bar to separate them. I am moving on from the clear ice fandango.
Has no smell! GREAT quality!! So easy to use and I love this size! I used it to make these cute flower ice cubes for a shower and everyone was amazed!
I bought this because the ice cubes are so big! They last longer than regular cubes, therefore keeping my water or drink cold! Love these!
