These linen placemats are beautiful. The color red is gorgeous. I am so surprised because of the low cost. They lay flat right out of the package.They are elegant and look expensive. I haven’t washed them yet but did spill some water and it didn’t soak through. I just wiped it off. I am very happy that they are cloth vs the plastic weaved ones I’ve had in the past. I don’t think anyone could find fault with these placemats. I couldn’t be more pleased.
