This electric teapot is so awesome: I actually got rid of two other teapots just so I could get this one. The digital display is so easy to read, and the interface is really intuitive. I've been using this for about a month now, multiple times a day, and I'm still not sure if I was supposed to remove this little stickers on the interface? I kept them on because they do have helpful information on them, but maybe I'll try to take them off in another month or so. The buttons are touch-sensitive: because of that, it took me a little bit to learn where the power button likes to be touched and how much pressure it needs. There was a time a few days in that I was afraid the button wasn't working correctly, but after experimenting with different pressures, it's now flawless. One push on the power button turns on the machine and the digital display reads the current water temperature plus the preset (adjustable) temperature. I switched over from coffee to tea recently and this makes tea all the more rewarding. It starts heating immediately, and it heats up quickly. Once it hits the preset temp, it turns off but the display stays on for a few minutes. I really have nothing bad to say about this electric teapot. It is so elegant. I have not descaled it yet despite weeks of use, but the directions are quite clear and I'll probably do that tomorrow. I really love it: it's been a great addition to my routine and a beautiful addition to my kitchen.

Very happy with my kettle. I get the desired temperature I want and heats much quicker than my old teapot. I like the look of it and with the decoration it adds a touch of elegance. Another thing I like is the auto shut off so I don't have that worry if I turned my stove off. It is also safer than my old teapot ,I don't worry burning myself with any steam. It's light and very easy to use.

Great, but too many settings
I bought this for my father in law, who drinks tea every night, for a safer option when heating water from his usual stove top kettle. Well, it works perfect, it’s just too complicated for him. I wish there were less buttons and options that are honestly not really necessary. Great looking kettle, just unnecessarily complicated.

I love this tea kettle. I had a $12 kettle which worked fine but the features on this kettle are even better. You can select the temperature you want, get it to hold that temperature for up to an hour and even if you don't, it will show what the temperature of the water in the kettle is. The thin spout pours very well. It has a tone to let you know when it's ready and it heats up very quickly. Best part is it's very stylish and comes in lots of colors.
