Flexable sizing but missing streamers

This product was super cool because you would peel back the sticky covering and you could place it along any part you wanted. I really appreciate this flexibility for multiple tables and locations. The only bummer is each set was missing almost a whole color of streamers. It was strange because I never found the loose/lost pieces.
