I paw a aS a a z The concept is simple, an unpainted wooden board with hooks for coffee mugs. I guess my first issue, why do I need to assemble anything? It’s not like the two boards couldn’t come either already attached or just begin with one longer board. So the two boards are supposed to connect via screws on either side, and I just so happened to receive a defective screw!I’ve never even thought about a defective screw but it was right there, a long screw with the Philips head “cross” halfway off the head of the screw! So I couldn’t find another screw to replace it just laying around my house, but believe me I tried. The problem is these are very long as they need to go thru both boards. So I have two piece, only one half has the hook on the back to hang in the wall.I cannot complete assembly to janitor the wall and use it yet, but I will tell you there are 6 very sturdy hooks altogether to hang your mugs on. So you’re going thru a bits of assembly and then hanging the final cup rack wherever you see fit.Overall, it just looks unfinished and it’s not that impressive. I think if it had been built and complete that would have been more appealing, it’s just too much left undone for me.

Best for small cups
Overall it's a cute decorative mug rack, but the hooks are truthfully a bit on the light side. The were smaller than I expected. Most of my mugs are the XL size, so this really won't work for that, which is what I imagined using it for.That said, it's nice wood, and it's perfect for my smaller espresso cups... which I am starting to collect more of since acquiring an espresso machine recently. The wood is pretty, it's got that "farmhouse" vibe, if that's your aesthetic.
