love this warmer! does a great job of keeping my mug warm. it's very easy to use, and shuts off automatically! i think it's great for the price. the controls are buttons, but very easy to use. it's a bit bigger than a typical coffee mug, and it's worked great for a variety of mugs and mug sizes

The wood-effect finish looks premium on my desk and it feels much safer than other models I’ve used. I especially love the smart sensor feature—if I take my mug off, it stays powered on but stops the active heating process, which gives me great peace of mind. The thermostat works perfect to keep my drink at the exact temperature I want, and the digital display makes it very easy to switch between the four settings. For the price, It's a high-quality gadget that does exactly what it promises!
Love this I drink a lot of tea and I reheat a lot of tea before I drink it all so I saw this online and ordered it I can leave it on my nightstand and it stays hot till I drink it all without having to go to the microwave and keep warming it up because I forget about it and don’t drink it all right away an hour later it’s still hot love it should’ve got it a lot earlier I love that it has several temperature settings, and a amount of time that it can stay on its a beautiful little machine
This coffee mug warmer is very nicely made but at about 5" in diameter I found it to be too large for my desk. It warms up quickly to the temperature that you can set. I found it annoying that it would not retain the duration that I wanted it on for and I had to reset it every day. But it did retain the temperature that det it to. The display is very useful, but it is a bit difficult to read from a distance.
This Coffee Warmer really works. Do not have to set to the highest setting as the lowest setting does the job and keeps coffee piping hot. Threw all of my old warmers away as they never really did the job. It's a little difficult to turn on and off without holding the warmer or having a cup on it to keep the warmer from sliding which could result in touching a hot surface. The warmer surface is actually large enough to take any size cup or mub unlike the others I had where larger mugs could not fit.
Love HOT coffee? This will keep your coffee HOT! Yes, the other reviews complain about how the unit is hot to the touch when they want to turn it off...Solution: unplug it. Yes, the other reviews complain about the surface area gets too hot...Solution: sit it in a small piece of tile or something that you would for a hot pot. Come on people get creative!Well, those complaints told me that this is what I was looking for to keep my coffee HOT and they didn't let me down. My coffee stays HOT. I turn it on while my coffee is brewing and set my coffee mug on it as soon as it's finished and have HOT coffee right down to the last drop. No more reheating over and over in the microwave resulting in nasty burnt tasting coffee. Functions perfectly, looks good, has auto shut off, and easy to use. Oh, and keep away from children.One caution - do not touch or hold the bottom of your coffee cup, it will get hot!!
I appreciate the large size of this coffee warmer. The multi level heat settings are great, this allows you to choose the amount of warmth you want for your cup. It doesn't take long to warm up and be ready for you. It's worth the value.
