This is a beautiful product. I researched for a long time a machine that could heat up hot chocolate made with milk. THIS did not work. chocolate settled to bottom and it would not heat up properly. I used it for my daughter's baby shower. It only got warm. Was not hot AT ALL. I tried it out with water and it took 45 minutes to boil ...(way too long) ...DO not buy if you are using it for hot chocolate.

This is really good for an event, like a conference. You can see how much it makes.I already have a bigger one but wanted an extra. It quickly makes coffee and saves you time.10L isn't that big; it says 65 cups, but I think it makes around 50 cups for normal 8 oz cups.
