Great cost/benefit for a very useful item.
I would consider myself a coffee fanatic. I have a nespresso, a kitchenaid espresso maker, 3 french presses, two pour overs, and a few other various ways of making coffee short of straight up injecting it into my veins. Over time however, I found that the cold brew method is one of the easiest ways to get consistently delicious coffee. It's less bitter and has a smoother taste over all. I wanted to save on baggies and trash over all so I ordered this cold brewer that comes with a metal mesh. The only trash is the coffee grounds, which is super easy to reuse or throw away without much mess. Since it takes at least 8-12 hours (overnight) to brew you also know you've gotten all the caffeine you can get out of those beans. It will brew about 3-5 days worth of coffee, depending on how much coffee you drink per day. The glass is VERY sturdy and the metal mesh is not flimsy either. Once the overnight brew is finished, I will usually take the grounds out, wash the mesh, and enjoy the smooth sippings. I will say, this is COLD BREW so, it's really only for people who enjoy cold/iced coffee. It also makes a great pitcher since you can remove the metal mesh and pour in lemonade in the summer or any other drink you can make. That makes it a great multipurpose product for the price. It's also not too big and will fit in the door of my fridge. Overall, if you are a coffee fan and a lover of cold coffee, this is a 10/10 purchase.

This is a thoughtful and sturdy no-nonsense cold coffee brewer. The nostalgic jar motif is interesting and solid heavy glass. The plastic handle could be larger and more substantial for a man’s hands. The handle is medium to thin plastic; hollowed on the rear side and should be better. Note that the lid and the handle are integrated and one piece. I was very impressed by the stainless steel mesh insert for the brew process. It is large and super-good heavy quality. Wow. Also, this pitcher is the perfect size for cold brew and fits well into the fridge. Makes great coffee by the way and the few pieces mean that it’s a cinch to clean and store.

Worth every penny!!
I love my cold brew kit! The handle is durable, it doesn’t leak and the container is glass, not plastic, so it doesn’t affect the taste of my coffee! The metal filter works great and it comes with 2 cleaning brushes! It’s not expensive for the kit, my hardest decision is which coffee to try next. I love Bizzy’s cold brew packs! I put 2 packs in a full jar and let it set for at least 12 hours, or longer because I like my coffee strong!! I always have a jar of tasty cold brew in my refrigerator! Tastes delicious!

Great for cold brew!
Well made, glass is thick & I've no worries about it shattering. I love the strainer/filter because the holes are very small, but there are lots of them for the coffee to soak. No issues with coffee grounds seeping through the filter due to the smaller size.

Brews well but hard to open
It brews well and the coffee grinds stay pretty well in the strainer. The lid is hard to open and the handle being on the lid, not the container makes it unstable to carry by the handle. Necessary to use 2 hands to ensure it does not fall. It’s also quite heavy in addition to the bulk. Would not purchase again.
