Compact Dehydrator Works Great

This food dehydrator is compact and holds 5 trays. It is all metal and has a glass slide in front door. It is sturdy. It is operated by two knobs on the top for temperature and time. It comes with a recipe book which is nice for setting the time and temp. The dehydrator can be used for any foods that can be dehydrated but I will like it for herbs. I did test it for fruit and I have no complaints regarding setting it up or its operation. It worked great and is very quiet. I really think the value in this is saving on buying already prepared dried herbs, fruits, or jerky will be a big saving especially since I use a lot for cooking and healthy snacking. Overall this dehydrator worked great and I will be using it a lot in the future.
