Excellent coffee maker!

This coffee maker was fast at making a full pot (45 minutes) and the coffee tasted great! No grounds at the bottom of the pot when pot was emptied. Keeps the coffee very hot (170 degrees) after 4 hours of finished brew. Keep in mind, however, that the instructions do not say how much coffee to put in the coffee maker. They don’t even suggest ratios. The instructions are very short and don’t give much information. We found that 2 1/2 cups of coffee was the correct strength for us for a full pot of 50 cups.

So many good features. 1 hour and fifteen minutes for a full pot. Keeps coffee hot for many hours. Drip tray and stand work great keeping counter clean. The service is also great.Emailed them, needing a part (rubber foot that was not on a parts list) and they replaced the machine because it would be out of service too long waiting for the foot. Easy clean up.

Defective after just 6 Weeks

This is absolute garbage - after 6 weeks of use it developed a hard crusty residue at the bottom and sides and turned the water cloudy and undrinkable - i have other urns that are 10 years old that don't do this to the water. 6 weeks! thankfully Amazon refunded our money. Very disappointing as the capacity, controls and dispensing were very nice.

Great for a crowd but takes long time to brew

Brewed some good coffee! It does take a bit long to brew. About 50 min for 6L of coffee which is only about half full. So give yourself enough time with set up. But it did brew nicely and keep coffee hot for hours. Maybe a little too hot though. We had to turn off at one point for fear it would burn the coffee.
