This was a great addition to our Coffee Cart we provide to the medical clinic to support the patients and staff. Easy to use, but you definitely have to make sure the rod is seated properly. Somewhat easy to clean, would be easier if there was a filter to just lift the grounds out. It does take about an hour to perk, so prepare in advance as watch pot never boils. The handles are pretty durable for lifting.
This coffee urn is perfect for my events. It’s sturdy, brews fast, holds 100 cups with no problems, and keeps coffee hot for hours. The stainless steel design is easy to clean and feels very durable. Overall, I’m very happy with it.

Great if you want only hot water. We bought this to use at a fundraiser where we were cooking breakfast. Two attempts to make coffee left us with a pot of hot water. Couldn’t get it to percolate. Breakfast without coffee was a bit of a bust!
