At first I couldn't see the measurement in the water gauge window, but then...I noticed there is a protective film over it. See my photo for reference.Once I took that off, I could see both the clear water and coffee level. The clear protective film is so perfectly aligned with the sticker for the meter that it's not noticeable. It's not noted in the setup instructions under the section "Prior to First Use" so I wanted to share here. I also informed the manufacturer. Overall, the product is functioning very well. It brews in the time expected, the temperature is comfortable and all other functions work well - plus my coffee tastes great! I feel the price has been worth it too.
