TangMe is the Best!
I absolutely love this. After my Masterbilt's died, I purchased this fryer. It fries fish and chicken golden brown and crispy each time. The lever that allows you to drain it is awesome and it has a little drain apparatus that stops the clogging. I love it. It is easy to clean. I sit it on the counter, with the drain over the sink, fill it with hot water and dawn, wash it down, drain it. Rinse it out, drain it. Wipe it dry with paper towel and store it for the next time. I use 1-1/2 gallon bottles of Crisco. It is worth every dime it costs. Love it.

Worked for 3 Months !!!! DON’T BUY
Just purchased this item in May 2025. I loved the extra capacity oil wells and how well it initially worked. I’m roughly 3 months in and one side doesn’t work. Both sides have reset buttons and the light will come on as if the reset worked however it doesn’t. I’m very familiar with this type of equipment so I’ve done all the troubleshooting I can possibly do. I have to replace it! I’m a small women owned business and this is truly a hit to the budget! ☹️

works great
so far it’s working great. takes 1 1/2 gallons of oil to get to the minimum level. once oil is hot it will raise up to the max line so be careful how much oil you put in. oil reaches temperature in about 15 minutes. we set the temperature at 365 on the dial and when the light went off we put a thermometer in to see the oil temp and it showed the oil being 363/364. build quality is really good. we really didn’t want or need dual units but for the price of this being around the same as a single unit we got this one. we just use one side. so far it’s definitely worth buying we’ll just have to see how long it lasts. it’s easy to clean, easy to assemble and doesn’t leak.

Fry me a river!
This maybe the best item I’ve ever bought from Amazon. It operates like a commercial deep fryer but simplified and shrunk for home use. I love it.I use beef tallow when deep frying and would recommend you pre-melt the tallow when first adding it to the fryer to prevent the heating element from over heating while the tallow melts. Pre melt at least enough to cover the heating elements.The cleaning process is SO easy.
