Heavy Duty Slicer!!
This is super super easy to use. It does not take too much pressure or power to slice most fruits and veggies. The handle is long and wide offers a grip and feels great in my hand. Can be used with left or right hand with ease.Both set of blades are sharp and cut perfectly time after time. I like using the 6 wedge insert for lemons. I use this for lemons and oranges daily. Easy to clean after use. Also easy to take apart to clean.The suction cups at the bottom keep it in place when in use. I keep it onmy kitchen counter but can be stored if needed. Fantastic value for the money.

Heavy-Duty Slicer for Fruits—Excellent for Lemons and Tomatoes!
This Commercial Lemon Cutter Wedger is a very nice industrial cutter that feels like it belongs in a professional kitchen. The high quality construction and the V-shaped 420 stainless steel blades are impressive, allowing it to cut lemons and tomatoes easily with clean, uniform slices every time. It is a huge time-saver for prepping garnishes or salad ingredients.However, I did encounter some difficulty when it came to denser vegetables. While the description says it can cut onions, I had trouble doing it with this cutter and ultimately could not cut them. It seems like you'd have to be very strong to do that with this device, as the resistance from a whole onion is much greater than that of a citrus fruit or a tomato.Overall, if you are looking for a sturdy, NSF Certified slicer for softer fruits and vegetables, this is an excellent, durable tool. Just be aware that it might struggle with tougher items like onions unless you have a lot of leverage and strength!
