Fun Looking, Great Tasting
This is a fun, while high quality, set. I am not a huge tea drinker, so I may miss out on some of the nuance and refinements that true tea experts demand. What I am able to spot is material and build quality in service of the overall functionality. To these ends, this set hits the mark for me. The stainless is adequately thick to provide rigidity and heft. The coating looks cool, stylistically, but also seems to be appropriately hard and protective. Everything works well together with 1 exception and that isn't a huge deal for me.The part of the design I question is the "divider-thing" for the cup. Mine doesn't appear to fit. I do have a second gourd and this divider seems to fit it pretty well. I still question why it doesn't fit as it should, but the option I've got, demotes any irritation I would otherwise experience.A question I struggle with a bit more is value. This is a cleanly built, somewhat festive set. It mostly works as intended. But is it worth the current selling price? To me, no. If I divide the price by the included items, I don't think that I would be inspired buy any of the items individually. That is, apart from, maybe, the straw/mixer. I like it. Cleaning it is a different story, but that is a cross worth bearing.
