It has great power, I made meringue in less than 2 minutes, amazing 🤩
I'm giving these 4 stars because most of the accessory's work great, but a few are just ok. I have always wanted an emersion blender for pureeing veggie soups. We have a small vintage travel trailer and when I saw this had other attachments that could be used as a mixer, blender, and chopper- I thought it would be perfect to travel with and get multiple tools with only one unit. I made soup and it was perfect for that! I roasted potatoes, broccoli and peppers until very soft. First, I cut up the broccoli into smaller chunks with a knife. Then I used the chopper bowl to chop the broccoli and the peppers into smaller pieces. I placed those into a pot with chicken stock, cream, and the cooked potatoes. I used the blender attachment and blended all of the items together with a few spices and heated on low. It made the perfect consistency soup. I later tried the chopper with pecans, and it worked well. It's not as fast or as finely chopped as my Cuisinart, but I wasn't expecting it to be an expert chopper- I was hoping for bite size pieces and it delivered as expected. The milk frothers works very well and is extremely fast. I love that I can froth milk or make what I call fake whipped cream for cocoa for multiple cups very quickly. I wouldn't use it for making only 1 serving because the unit is a little large just to use for a small serving. The whisks worked fine for whipping a large batch of scrambled eggs and cookies. It has plenty of power for those needs but I wouldn't use it to make my pound cake- the beaters aren't big enough to handle that large amount of flour. This is the same feeling I have about the dough hooks. We used them with a soft pretzel kit to make the dough, but it wouldn't hold up to a traditional dough for a loaf of bread. My teen decided to use the blender to make a milk shake and that worked well. The unit itself is easy to hold, and I love where the on/off and multi-speed button is located- that's very functional. It's a heavy unit, but not hard to hold- you can definitely tell this has a lot of power in it and is well made. It also didn't get hot in my hand when using- which is always a concern for these types of blenders when using on a high speed. I don't like whip/mashing my potatoes, so I'm not sure what I'd use that tool for, but it could be good for making baby food. The container is easy to use, and I like the measurements on the side. I think to have this much versatility, it's well priced and a good value for under $50. One last note- the directions are not translated well. Use the product listing photos and the online item description if you need support!
👌 excelente
The variable speed does not start at zero RPM, starts at almost mid throttle. Also the owner's manual says after every 3 minutes of use it has to rest for 1 minute and after 5 consecutive usages it has to rest for 30 minutes ridiculous
I gave my daughter what she loves.
Being a culinary worker, I've used many types of hand blender/emulsifiers and most are expensive branded name products. This worked just as well, powerful as expected for the price. I can see the longevity as my cheaper hand blenders below $40 normally dies off after 2 years, this one I can see lasting longer. Easy to use and definitely easy to clean. There is a misleading picture that threw me off, this is great for making sauces, blenders for drinks as long as the ice are semi-crushed already this will still work. A picture that shows a thick piece of meat along with full size ice cube is misleading. I've never seen any hand blender to ever crush full size ice cubes and why even crush meat - that's impossible. We did have a heavy duty double-handed blender that is able to crush full size ice cubes within a large bucket for a very heavy duty commercial kitchen usage. But I have never ever seen a hand blender work with any meat let alone a full size cut of meat.It will work with some small and cooked meat within a saucy liquid for example making country gravy flavored with a cooked sausage patty, as long as the patty is chopped, this will work in low setting so as not to pulverize the meat. so far worked as expected for the price.
