This is the right wok for me.'s

I've only had this wok for a little over a week, so it's a little soon to write a review, but I'm so happy with it that I decided to go ahead with the review. I've used it almost every day since I received it and of course, it still looks like new. I bought a similar wok some time ago, but it was 13 inches in diameter, which is just too big and too heavy for me. The 10 inch size is good. I've made stir fries and soups in it so far, as I said, almost every day.The shape is not like a classic wok. It's like a cross between a wok and a Dutch oven and is, I think, better for American stoves. It's supposed to be dishwasher safe, but truly, cleanup is so easy that I haven't needed to use the dishwasher.I'll update this review if I change my mind, but I expect this to last for a while.

I have used stainless steel cookware for years and it has lasted me decades. Good size and non-stick and no powdery aluminum

This pan is just about the right size for two people. I have a glass stove so the flat bottom worked out really well for me and the high sides were great. Also, from what I can tell so far, there is none of that powdery aluminum on the pan which makes it much easier to clean.

Not non-stick enough

I tried very hard to fall in love with this pan, unfortunately the non-stick isn’t really non-stick, in spite of pre heating, using medium heat, etc. the moment you add any moisture like marinated chicken, it sticks to the surface so badly, it worked when deep frying food in a boatload of oil, but not my choice for daily cooking. Good luck making egg scramble!
