This is the best roasting pan I have ever used! It's the perfect size and the non-stick coating is amazing. It can hold a turkey or ham and also be used to make checks mix. It cleans up beautifully. Great value for the size and price. I love this pan and highly recommend.
We used this pan over the holidays and it was perfect for our needs. It is deeper than our previous roasting pan and much easier to clean. It feels very sturdy and is not too heavy. Great alternative to the more expensive "Hex" brand.

Used it for Thanksgiving and was perfect for my 12 lb bird. It could hold a much larger bird. I made the gravy on the induction stove top and it worked well. Easy to clean up. The pan is too big for my dishwasher unless I want it to take up the whole bottom of my dishwasher so I only put the Teflon holder in the dishwasher and it came out fine. Pan was expensive but worked. I’d ordered 2 previous ones that claimed or led you to believe they worked with induction but didn’t. I had to return them. It came with an oven thermometer and batteries but the screw on the battery case was defective and I had to go through the hoops to get it replaced. Screen shot, receipt, did i use the correct screw driver etc. big pain. The screw was like glued in and would not come out without breaking the plastic around it. After lots of back and forth they sent the new one which worked well. I’d give it 5 stars if the thermometer was not defective and mostly because I had to experience the pain of getting a new thermometer. I am soooo sick of dealing with defective stuff.
I love it! It's heavy duty and my 25# turkey fit in it with no problem.
