Did NOT buy this on purpose--Glad I did!
I did NOT order what I thought, but I have gotten all of the value for the money I paid and then some.I was trying to get one of Gordon Ramsay's Hexclad skillets. Genuinely thought I was buying Hexclad. It shows up and I went through about fourteen different f-words that Gordon probably never bothered to get around using on his show.I've been using this thing daily for six months straight. It might not be the best pan built by the best people, but this little 9 inch pan has cooked so many steaks to perfection.(Note: cooking two grilled cheese sandwiches in the 9 inch leads to uneven browning, so if you're in the habit of cooking two GCS at once, I recommend getting a bigger skillet.)I have cooked bison, beef, chicken, pork, lamb, and just about anything else I could get my hands on.I have cooked stir fry in this. I have cooked egg fried rice in this thing (I doubt Uncle Rodger would give me the title of "Uncle" but I'm sure he'd at least give me ONE fui yoh! for using MSG!)Incidentally, I've read the issues people have had about "eggs sticking to the pan".... If the eggs are sticking to this pan, you probably are just not good at making eggs.And while yes, some things MAY stick, the clean up IS NOT hard. I put the skillet on the oven on medium heat, I pour in a cup of water, let it boil a little, then take a wooden spatula, and it comes RIGHT OFF.IT. IS. NOT. HARD. It takes five minutes--four minutes and fifty seconds of which I'm usually looking up memes on my phone.It IS a little heavy, but the solution for that is to train harder!Seriously though, I have cooked with Hexclad and I've cooked with these. If money is tight, but you still want a good quality product, the Cooksy 9 Inch Honeycomb Surface is a very good skillet.

Please save your money
Save for a HexClad and don’t waste your money on this product. We did everything for a perfect set up and tried to make scrambled eggs. I don’t know if I’ve ever had a pan that burned everything so quickly. And there was absolutely no nonstick feature. We learned after the second time using it (veggies) that even with all the butter or avocado oil it’s still going to burn what you cook. Coating is not good. Probably can’t return because we used it twice. We bought another HexClad instead and it does everything as advertised.

Easy Clean Up! Impressed with the 9” Cooksy pan!
The first time I used this pan, I learned all the things not to do! So the second time I used it (to make egg toast) I made sure to use a bit of butter/oil. The pan cooks evenly and throughly, which burned my first toast, so I also turned the heat down to medium-high on my electric stove the second time. The toast came out perfectly!Everyone knows what a pain it is to clean dried egg from stainless steel pans—but I used a bit of soft steel wool to scrub the surface and it cleaned so easily! I am so impressed with this pan and I am happy to support a company that is based in the USA.Thank you Cooksy!I am looking forward to purchasing the Cooksy intelligent cooking assistant soon. Cooking will be fun!

Good performance
This is an awesome pan, compare to my carbon iron, cast iron, and other premium stainless pans. It is very responsive to heat adjustments and performs well at non-stick. I achieved my desired results with this pan easily. The only thing I do not quite like is the lid, it makes popping sound when temperature changes, reminds you the possibility the lid may explode any moment; it should not occur but still it's a bit concerning. I let the pan cool down before rinse, that seems to work well and maintain its performance.
