I’m really impressed with this corn cob stripper! The long handle gives a great grip, and the stainless steel blade cuts through the kernels smoothly without making a mess. It’s fast, safe, and way better than using a knife. Perfect for quick meals at home or prepping corn for outdoor cookouts. Highly recommend for anyone who loves fresh corn!
The corn blade swivels 360°,very difficult to control and dangerous. Cut myself pretty deep when I applied down pressure to remove kernels and the whole thing rotated and went straight to my other hand

It’s not as easy to use as I thought it would be. It takes a bit of strength to remove the kernels.
Works okay. The rod will twist/turn inside the handle, it is not solid. If the rod were an inch or two shorter, I might have had better control. The blade is fine, but it could be sharper to make the job less messy. It takes a couple of practice tries to get the hang of it. I couldn't get it to work the way the videos show, that make it look so smooth, it didn't work quite that well for me. The idea is great, it just needs to be a sturdier build. I did use a high sided bowl because the corn will fly. What I do like, it did make the job faster and easier. I don't need a big shuckin' machine because I'm only doing 2 or three cobs at a time, so this little tool makes a lot of sense. I do like it.
Works good on ripe corn, not so much on delish corn. Still did the job though. Not sure it will replace a steak knife just bc that’s what I’ve always used, but it’s a nice tool when company is over.
